Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Pateros Technological College Digital Informative Board
and its administration panel.
1. Authorized Users
Access to the administrator account is strictly limited to authorized personnel of Pateros Technological College.
Account creation and use are intended solely for managing board content and announcements.
2. Proper Use
The system must be used only for official academic and institutional purposes. Any attempt to use the board or
administrator account for personal, unauthorized, or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Admin Responsibility
Administrators are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and ensuring that posted content is accurate,
appropriate, and aligned with institutional policies.
4. Data and Privacy
Information entered in the admin panel will be used only for operating and updating the Digital Informative Board.
Personal data, if collected, will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the institution.
5. System Integrity
Any action that compromises the security, functionality, or integrity of the system is not allowed and may result in
disciplinary or legal measures.
6. Updates to Terms
Pateros Technological College reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Continued use
of the admin account after updates signifies agreement to the revised terms.
7. Governing Rules
These Terms and Conditions follow the policies of Pateros Technological College and applicable laws of the Republic
of the Philippines.
